H.E.R.B.S. installation at DDW
At Dutch Design Week 2019, we proudly showed our H.E.R.B.S. installation! With the help of all the donors of our crowdfunding campagne, we were able to dye 1000 white shirts for free in a herbal dye bath of the visitors choice. We dyed the shirts with madder, which gave them a pink/red colour, with indigo, which turned out blue and with turmeric, which resulted in a bright yellow colour.
Nienke Hoogvliet at Dezeen Day 2019
On 30 October 2019, the first edition of Dezeen Day took place. Nienke was invited to talk about new materials and plastic alternatives. Other speakers included Paola Antonelli, Richard Hutten, Arthur Mamou-Mani and Natsai Audrey Chieza.
